Coat nail with Mermaid Tears, coat with Mad as a hatter & finish off with clear nail polish

Sprinkles on top please!

Apply clear coat on nails. Then coat the top part with any sparkling nail polish and seal it with the same clear nail polish. Use a cutip to remove any excess nail polish.
